OPERATION

The mud, through the inlet flanged connection, reaches a static distributor which distributes it uniformly on the surface of the moving sheet.
The water drips by gravity through the sheet and is collected in one or more tanks below. A system of plowshares, turning the mud, creates further spaces for filtration, facilitating and improving dehydration.
The dehydrated sludge, upon reaching the last horizontal section of the sheet’s travel, is discharged through a rectangular flange.
The washing of the sheet takes place along the lower return section towards the loading area of the machine, by means of a system of high pressure nozzles. The washing water is then collected together with the drainage water in the tank below.
The construction simplicity of the machine and the quality of all the components always guarantee great performance and reliability over time.
The standard construction includes the frame in hot-dip galvanized carbon steel and all parts in contact with water in stainless steel. Upon request, it can be made with special protective coatings or completely in stainless steel.
