The material to be conveyed is put in the loading hopper. The screw rotates, conveying the material through the channel to the outlet mouth where it is ejected into a suitable container. The screw conveyor can be installed horizontally (TC) or at an angle (TCI).
This product is designed to convey screened material and sludge.
– LOADING hopper in AISI 304 stainless steel;
– CHANNEL in sheet metal reinforced with ribs, and with an outlet mouth at its end. It can besealedwith appropriate sheet metal covers;
– SCREW made of thick, high quality FE 510 carbon steel;
– WORM GEARED MOTOR directly connected to the screw.
– CHANNEL, loading hopper, protective devices, in AISI 304 stainless steel;
– SCREW in high strength FE 510 steel.
