Through the actuator connected directly to the handwheel at the top of the gate, the shield raises or lowers by varying the level of the basin or channel.
The weir gates are made with sealing on three sides.
The “musical note” type gasket is fixed via AISI 304 stainless steel plate and screws on the shield.
The seal is obtained through a sliding system positioned on the frame and on the shield, which ensures horizontal compression against the sealing surfaces.
