PMS series. It is used to regulate and intercept a flow inside channels, accumulation tanks, head outlets, etc
Through the actuator connected directly to the handwheel at the top of the gate, the shield raises or lowers by varying the level of the basin or channel.
The weir gates are made with sealing on three sides.
The “musical note” type gasket is fixed via AISI 304 stainless steel plate and screws on the shield.
The seal is obtained through a sliding system positioned on the frame and on the shield, which ensures horizontal compression against the sealing surfaces.
– FRAME and SHIELD in Aisi 304 stainless steel sheet;
– AISI 304 stainless steel sliding SCREW;
– Neoprene sealing GASKET;
– Cast iron handwheel.
It is possible to make the gate entirely in stainless steel
– Sliding FRAME of the shield in 304 stainless steel profile;
– SHIELD in suitably stiffened stainless steel sheet;
– Thrust WEDGE fixed to the frame and to the shield;
– TPN sliding SCREW in AISI 304 stainless steel, salient type, hinged to the shield;
– TPN bronze screw sliding nut incorporated on the handwheel;
– WHEEL for raising and lowering the shield;
– “musical note” type sealing GASKET;
– Motorization via electric ACTUATOR compliant with CE standards.
